Welcome to PlayableMe. By accessing and using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.

1. Service description

PlayableMe matches an uploaded photograph to character-creator settings in supported games and provides a guide for recreating that avatar in-game. The service is currently free while in launch. Fair-use limits, pricing and features may change in the future; we will announce changes on this site.

2. User obligations

You are responsible for the photographs you upload. Upload only photos of yourself or photos you have the right to use, and no content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates any third party's rights.

3. Privacy

Uploaded photographs are used solely to generate your match and are never stored. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Intellectual property

Content provided by PlayableMe, including the per-game guides, is the property of PlayableMe. Game titles and artwork belong to their respective publishers; PlayableMe is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Game names are used descriptively to identify which title a set of settings applies to.

5. Results

Matches are a best-effort approximation produced by a statistical model and constrained by what a given game's character creator can express. We make no guarantee about the likeness of any particular result.

6. Liability

PlayableMe is provided “as is” without warranties. We cannot guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free and are not liable for damages resulting from its use.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
